We prioritize quality over quantity. Each piece is crafted in small batches or made-to-order to minimize waste and ensure every garment meets our high standards of durability and ethical manufacturing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since we focus on intentional production, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow up to 14 business days for craftsmanship before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your investment. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized pieces are final sale.
How should I care for my Still&Slow garments?
To prolong the life of your natural fiber clothing, we recommend cold hand washing or using a delicate machine cycle with eco-friendly detergent. Always air dry away from direct sunlight.
