At Still&Slow, we value mindful consumption and want you to be completely satisfied with your slow-fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is neatly folded to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
